Current Summer Schedule

Run - Sunday, 7:00am, Port Jefferson

We meet at Starbucks in Port Jefferson in snow, rain, or shine. Click here for Directions.

We break into groups according to everyone's running pace.

• Walking - Intermediate to Fast
• Running - Beginners (walk/jog), Intermediate (8-10 min/mile), and Advanced (6-8 min/mile)

Afterwards, join us for a chat and breakfast!

Swim - Sunday, 9:00am, Cedar Beach

After the Sunday run, join us at Cedar Beach for a swim. Meet at the east end of the main parking lot. Here are directions.

Run/Swim - Wednesday, 6:00pm, Cedar Beach

The coming of summer means we'll be taking advantage of the beautiful warm weather. We will meet at the east end of the main parking lot to either swim or run. Do either one, or both! Here are directions.
